Let me say this upfront!
The Signum Golf Workout Program is the most comprehensive, step-by-step golf strength and conditioning plan for serious golfer who are committed and dedicated to improving their fitness levels on the golf course. We designed this program to train anyone from the weekend player to someone who dreams to be on the PGA tour.
We have spent years developing this plan that gives you the entire blue print on building strength, flexibility, consistency and distance to your game. It is a phased approach that builds you up in a smart and consistent manner.
Now here’s the kicker:
Try out the training plan for a month. If you don’t feel like you’re adding strength, swing speed and consistency (or you just don’t like the plan for any reason at all), you can pull the plug on your training at any point within 30 days and we will give you a complete and courteous refund. No hassle and no questions asked.
The best workout for golfers contains a wide array of strength training in the form of weightlifting, stretching, to improve flexibility, plenty of core work as well as conditioning. The golf swing is a powerful and explosive movement so incorporating power and speed training in the form of plyometrics is beneficial as well. Our program does all that in a 3 phase approach.
The golf swing uses every muscle in your body. Golfers should strengthen the core muscles to help with force and power production as well as to prevent injury long term. A focus on the lower body leg and hamstrings will help with vertical force production as well as increase clubhead speed. A strong upper body is needed to create a strong shoulder turn as well as impact position. We focus on all these muscles in our golf strength training program.
Swing speed in golf is created mostly through rotational and vertical forces. So hip and trunk rotation exercises with a medicine ball are very beneficial. To generate vertical forces things like squats and deadlifts are beneficial when coupled with plyometrics. But before you can do that you should build some base level strength with an array of overhead pressing movements, lower body squats and deadlifts as well as lunges for the glutes. We include all of these in a measured approach in our golf workout program.
To train like a golfer, it is not enough to just swing around a weighted club. You need to strengthen your core, back, hamstrings, legs and even upper body. The golf swing is a dynamic movement that takes place in less than one second so you have to train for explosiveness. On top of that, a round of golf is often played in over four hours so there is an endurance piece so the right amount of conditioning work is critical. We do all that for you in this golf workout program.
I may be biased but trust me when I say this that a golf workout program like this would cost you $1,000s to a personal trainer. And even with that you are not guaranteed that he/she has much experience in training a golfer like you.
This program requires access to some basic level equipment that can be found in most gyms. We prescribe barbell movements, dumbbell and kettlebell movements. You will also need access to some resistance bands. In the power & speed phase you will need access to a plyo box. If you are limited in equipment access we also have our at home golf workout program where you only access to some dumbbells and a resistance band.
Yes! Of course you can. There are a bunch of resources out there on the internet and social media that you can find. But here is what you are up against. A lot of resources out there just give you a list of exercises that never change. So you can often get bored. Our custom phased approach makes sure that you can adapt the program to you as well as continue to see measured progress along the way.
We respect that you are busy and have other priorities like careers and family. Sure there will be a slight learning curve as you adjust but by the 2nd or 3rd week you should be able to do everything each day in 60 minutes or less. And some of the stretching routines take less than 20 minutes.
We will be the first to state, if you are recovering from surgery or any acute injury you need to speak with physician before starting any Fitness Program. This program is made for those that already live an active lifestyle but just need some guidance. If you are coming straight from the couch and haven't exercised in years, I will be the first to tell you that you need a personal trainer.
You will find there are 3-4 traditional gym workouts a week. There are usually 2 stretching days per week. These can be done in the comfort of your home in less than 20 minutes.
Immediately. Simply click the button to purchase. After you purchase, you will be directed to a page to download the program. In addition, you will receive an email copy.
Still “thinking about it?”
You should give this program a 30 day risk-free shot if you’re motivated by any of the following:
You just want a golf strength training program that works….like…really badly.
Whether you’re just a little frustrated with the state of your game or want a competitive edge against your buddies and the competition. What often separates the winners from the losers is not just luck but actually hard work!
More importantly, you could spend your time trying to piece meal all this together but we do ALL OF IT FOR YOU in this program. Something like this would cost you $1,000s in personal training services. (Trust me I would know and use to charge my clients that much for a program like this in person.) But for a tiny fraction of the cost you can get everything tight here to add speed, flexibility, strength and consistency to your game.
I personally cannot wait to guide you over these next 13 weeks.
Investing in my own health and fitness has literally transformed my golf game and even life.
I’ve experienced first hand what it feels like to transform not only your golf game but your physique with the help of a golf fitness plan like this one as well as proper nutrition.
More than anything else, I want to share that with you today!
If you are crazy about the game of golf, and not only love playing it but constantly think about your game and ways to make it better, you owe it to yourself to at least take a risk-free plunge to see what your game can look like when you add a some strength and flexibility to your physique.
Should you choose to accept my invitation and stay committed with the plan, I personally guarantee that these next 12 weeks will be completely and utterly game changing for you. Shoot even those around you will notice. Trust me, that’s not a bad thing!
I look forward to you getting started!
