This golf strength training, conditioning, and flexibility program is designed to improve your overall strength, power, flexibility, and consistency in your golf game all with minimal equipment requirements. Included is 2 days a week of focused strength training, 2 days a week of stretching and flexibility routines. Mixed in is also 4 days a week of golf focused conditioning workouts. We include tons of movements to improve your rotational speed and flexibility as well. Every exercise includes links to tutorial videos. Included as well are daily briefs and warm-up routines. As an added bonus you will receive an additional 2 weeks of workouts for a total of 6 weeks. Finally, we throw in a recipe book of our favorite healthy snacks to prep for the course!

Signum’s golf workout program is excellent!! Not only did I gain strength and distance but I have better balance which increased my ball striking across the board. Better balance (quiet lower body) has helped my short game too. Excited for 2020!!
